Manager IT (Information Technology) Specialist

Role Description:

  1. Experience in IT management, system administration, and network security
  2. involves overseeing and managing the information technology systems and infrastructure.
  3. Responsibilities include managing IT staff, implementing security protocols, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems on-site including the telecommunication and other technology related aspects.‍
  4. Assist, Manage and Develop ERP reports as per different types of user requirement & Parallel run for ERP with as a stock, Ledger, Sub Ledger Other Opening Balance.
  5. Ensure proper backup of share folders of File Server and QC Instruments HPLC, IR, GC, UV etc.
  6. Install, configure and maintain software such as MS – office, BC 365 ERP, Acrobat Reader, HR eSSL Server, Antivirus, Tight VNC, Win-rar, Operating System, Email, Printer, IPMsg, Google Chrome etc. in new systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus.
