General Information
Glycopyrronium bromide is a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) that acts as an inhaled bronchodilator for the maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It is used both as monotherapy and in combination with long-acting β2-agonists such as indacaterol to improve lung function and symptom control.
